Ah okay. Yeah - I am leaning towards Moyock, which is right over the border.

Bad part is, it's a rather slow area so home value doesn't really increase.

or a developing market that's still an up and coming area.. (so maybe i should buy a home now and rent it out for 3 to 5 years)
