are you taking pills or patches or anythin? or did u just stop plain ol cold turkey?

I decided that I wanted to stop, so stopped. I don't think that pills or patches are really necessary. Nicotine addiction only lasts 3 or 4 days. It is the mental addiction that you need to get over, the need to light one up at any given point in the day, and pills and patches don't help with that.

Yeah she is. She gave up about 18 months ago ....... but I always remind her that she is the one that started me smoking properly in the first place, so she can't blame me too much ....

 

now you have a smokefree environment at home

i only smoke when I'm completely wasted on alcohol and smoke to keep me from

 

I started only smoking when I was drinking ..... then started drinking when I was smoking, then I started mixing the two together and it all became a downward spiral from there ......

 

i see.. i never really got hooked tho, I dont drink too much... now if i only i could break this habit..
