I started selling real estate on the side a few years back and one of my listings is also a rental. Well the guy renting it was doing all sorts of nice little upgrades to the place; wiring it for surround, buying a shed, putting up a privacy fence... We made it clear that the owner wasn't going to pay for these things but he did them anyway.

Then he got arrested for identity theft...

I guess that explains why he didn't mind paying for those upgrades....

 

That sucks Mocky.

 

Had to go to the bank and have a new card and everything issued. They advised me to have this account open and open another new one..... what a pain..

That and I have things autodeducted so all of those are being rejected..
