Room by room we are getting settled in. The contractor told me it may be as long as another month before the pier is put in, and they're behind because of all the rain we've had 
, but oh well!
I'll take some pics when we get everything put away and decorated in the appropriate girly fashion!

A month before they start on you dock or a month before they complete it?
I need a girl to decorate my place....it's so bare...
I do love the new place. A lot more room to spread out than the apartment. Got a new BBQ so we have been hanging out on the back deck a lot.
The pool is kinda a sore spot right now. Our landlord promised it would be up and running long ago. He did buy a new liner, but it's not installed yet. We had to jack the deck up just to get the cap off to replace it. Well....it's not as easy as it looks and I really don't have the time to spend on it, so we are talking about having it done professionally and sending our landlord the bill.

My buddy has a pool with a liner and he has to replace it every few years. Looks like its a real pain in the ass.
It'll could be a month before they start the pier, but it won't take longer thanb a few days to complete. the fence company is waiting on a permit to put up the privacy fence, and when that is done, the back deck can be installed. It might take until late summer, but I'm sure everything will get done. I'm allready boat shopping, and have a few good leads. One of my neighbors said I could dock at his place until my dock is done. I don't even have to worry about him wanting to use my boat because his boat is much nicer than anything I could ever afford!

That's cool you are getting a boat. Make sure and take pics. I might just have to finda reason to make it out your way.
