8/11 HONDA DAY (updated with detail information)
Every year a few of us drive up to NJ for Honda/Acura Day at Englishtown Raceway. Its a pretty fun event, with everything from 10 second CRX's to horrible ricer Civics that are barely running. They run 4 events, an AutoX run by NJ SCCA, a 1/4 Mile drag (using dial-in times, whoever is the closest to their dial in without beating it), and what they call "Super Challenge", 1/4 mile + AutoX - fastest overall wins. The last event is a car show.
Its $15 to spectate, $25 for 1/4mile or AutoX or Show, and $40 for the Super Challenge.
