yea it is really good that people look out for this...i remember way way way back 4 years ago when i still had my eclipse non-turbo. there was a club member that had his car stolen right after he built the whole thing out..i'm talking super build out, like whole drivetrain type build from engine to wheels.
well a week later someone else in the club seen the guys engine, tranny, axles...everything..whole parted car up for sale on ebay. member notified other member. guy who guy his car stolen called the po po...po po raided the ebay sellers house and recovered EVERYTHING. it was super easy to point out to the police that it was his engine that was on ebay...
the seller being the brightest thief in the world put the engine's serial number on the ebay seller page......SELF PWNAGE@$#(&%$#% or even THIEF FAIL@#%$@#%
and i just want to say...the eclipse community is NOTHING compared to the s2ki community...like total night and day...its like 14 year old wannabe ricers that don't have a car yet compared to upstanding professional people that have respect for one another.
point is..i would hope we would be able to do the same thing here if it happened to one of us.

I remember someone on here saying their seats were lifted and figured I would pass the ad along. If the picture of the red/black seat he had in the post was actually taken with the seats in a S2000, i wouldnt have said anything, but you can tell they are in a civic...

Actually because they are in a civic I would think the red/blacks aren't lifted. Granted mounting them isn't exactly difficult or time consuming, but most people would just snap a pic of them elsewhere. I'd guess this guy had them for a while in his car and is probably going to sell the car, try to get as much $$ out of it as possible.

looks like he may be cleaning up at the junk yard. still shady, but with all the used part from various cars, my guess is he is trying to make a little profit. I dont think someone would be that stupid, but Ive been proven wrong before.
