Default ATTENTION: MyCorona...

I have not heard from you in more than a week. I am still waiting for a tracking number for the mats that I paid you for. If anyone knows MyCorona, please make him aware that I am requesting information on my product. I am not saying that he is a scammer, I am just wondering what is going on. A week is a long time to go without getting a tracking number or any response...

Do any of the mods or anyone know this guy? This is ridiculous. I paid him and I expect my items or money back.

Unfortunately I don't think either of our current 2 CO's will see your post.

Francesco for 3rd CO.

More bad news is i don't think Frank knows him because IIRC myCorona was never really active anywhere.

A bunch of guys live in or around the Phila area and it would be great if one or a few of you could track this MyCorona down and help a fellow member.

Wydget---remember UPS takes about 3 or 4 days to get from PA to TX plus maybe a few days to get to the UPS store so maybe the parts are in route however no pm from MyCorona is not right.

Good luck.

John

how did you pay? paypal? file a chargeback. They will usually be no help. So if you used your credit card, file a chargeback through them. Make sure you remove any funds you have in your paypal account first before contacting your cc company so they don't freeze your account and take that $ away from you and make you fight for it.

This really blows. I got a pm a day after I payed, Nov. 23rd, saying that the mats were in a box and going to be shipped that day. But no PM or any sort of response since then.I even sent him a few PM's and tracked them. He read both and no response.. I think i'll file that chargeback... So paypal is no help?

theyll help you only if he has funds in his account ... but doubt it. Just make sure you have no funds in your account before doing this whole process. First try with paypal, once they say they are 'no help' (they will say they are working on it...yeah right lol), then if you paid with your credit card using paypal, file a chargeback with them.

I think the old familiar business adage "hurry up and wait" might need to be in order here. That and try to give the benefit of the doubt. Perhaps an emergency came up. Not excusing the lack of communication, but lets not jump to conclusions.

Issue has been resolved. It was the lack of communication that made me jump to conclusions. MyCorona is NOT a scammer. The package was sent back to him because of an address mistake....
