Alright the Spring Bear Mountain Run is quickly approaching!! There are a couple of us in the Del Val area that have attended this event in the past and it was a BLAST! Once again this year we will be convoying up to the meeting point in NY. Anyone who is going on the run is welcome to join. We will be meeting at RHO in Trenton at 6:15AM and leaving at 6:30AM sharp on Sunday May 31st. Let me know who is coming so I know who to expect at the meeting point.
