Thanks for the support guys, I hope I dont need to go back there to answer some stupid question or give my personal opinion on whats wrong with the car.

I'm debating asking one of you with an unmolested s2k to bring it over there so they will notice what the ****** difference is between what its supposed to sound/perform like and what it actually does. But that besides the point, they should know how it works, its just a damn shame.

Thanks for the suggestions guys, ill try and keep that other thread updated as much as possible. I may need to look for a quality second mechanic for a second opinion. I'd like it to be close to route 70 just for convenience sake considering i don't have AAA for the free towing.

For those of you with warranty work on rebuilding or replacing engines, do they give you a salvage motor, rebuilt/re manufactured, or new motor? Granted I don't know if I really need one but i'm trying to plan the next way they try and screw me.

The next step for me is the general manager, ill take it to the top of burns honda before I go to the bottom ranks of corporate. At least give them a chance to make up for it.

But with me losing faith in them altogether, do I need to go through burns honda to request a meeting with the region rep? Sounds like you've done this before!

Main thread updated with new phone call:

basically warranty inspector will be coming out tomorrow, to check the car before they start the teardown.

I find it odd that you all are having issues with Burns, they did my Clutch no issue... and they have serviced my mom's civic, Grandfather's Accord and grandmother's Odyssey for years with no issues...

Who is the service guy you have been dealing with?
