What safeguards are in place to stop people from ballot stuffin'? People from all over this board can vote, right? Not just those form Del-Val.
Frank = the whole JDM crew.
Mike = the whole crew.
Jerry = the whole Vintage crew.
Don = well, his three friends....

I don't think this is a good idea yet. The same thing happened in Metro, and everyone started on their own idea of what the right process is without merit or evaluation. The whole situation turned into a series of pissing matches, thread whoring and really seperated the community.
I think its great that there is new blood on the board who wants to get involved, do things, help out, etc... We need it, I've said that. I give kudos to Donald for stepping up and offering his services to the community.
I think our current COs should be looking at the situation and recommend a process to follow. I think they need to have a few minutes/hours or even days to assess this. Donald posted his note a few hours ago and we've moved right into an election?
Perhaps one or more of the current COs will decide to hand over the reigns? What happens if people want to vote for 1 or 2 COs but not 3?

If the current CO's want to get together and decide on a proper process I will lock the poll and go from there.
If any of the current CO's wanted to resign I think they would've done so by now...
