Custom tags in PA...
Where do I go to get a custom plate made in PA?
I know i have to fill the form out, give 3 choices, and wait it out...
Do i go to the actual DMV, or do i have to go to a tag/title place?

Either (I believe) the tag place will just save you a bit tof time/hassle.
There is a number in Harrisburg you can call to ask if your choice is available "that moment" I dont have the number anymore
, but a tag place gave it to me years ago, they should be able to tell you what it is.

Allows MAX of 7 letters/ numbers....including 1 dash OR 1 space. With an unusual combination, you might get a plate with as few as 2 or 3 letters. Mine is only 5....

^^^ They changed the DARE tags in PA. They are not black anymore. Now they are just the regular blue/white/yellow, but with a DARE logo.
