I was speaking with BritMike (yes he still exists) and he has offered up his great spacious house/yard for a mod day!

Same format as before..all day event... hopefully dent repair..small mod work.. car stereo installs...wash/wax... calling cards printed (successfully this time!) /drinking ..video games.. the usual shenanigans.

So the question is when is the best time? I know we are all itching for an event, but I hate to rely on weather so that makes April kinda of iffy. ( maybe late April )

Mike and I are both pretty busy in May, so that is out.

So what works considering schedules, weather, vendors, etc?

Are Saturdays or Sundays generally better for you?

Sunday works out so much better for me.

If its on a saturday, i guess i could leave work for a little and show my face and car since my work is 5 minutes from his house.

 

I voted for late April so everyone can get together before the summer starts and everyone can get work done before the summer driving season.

It is the weekend after the Dragon but I think it will still work.

Plus I don't have a race that weekend so I can show up.

10 June is very bad for me, 11 June is only slightly better. That's also the same weekend as the Vintage spring fling.

Where does BritMike live?

 

I like the April dates. Either works for me and I think the weather should be at least moderately decent by then.

 

Im good for any day also as of now. Maybe I can finally do my intake manifold gasket. Had it since the last mod day at Mikes.
