The road trip is a blast--Drive the S!

Here is my plan as of today--
Leave April 11th (after work) drive to Winchester, VA
April 12th Drive to the dragon!!
April 15th drive to Winchester, VA
April 16th drive home

Also Watch the NY MEtro thread and Mid-A!

PS-this is my third WTD and also went to DBR (see sig)

I'll agree with Kevin. Part of the fun is the trip down and back, particulary if you caravan with other S2Ks from DV, Metro and Mid-A.

I've done it once. It was worth it. I probably wouldn't go again unless I made a vacation out of the week and did this as part of it.

Hmm. Might be interested. Anyone know an approximate cost on this? Such as places to stay around there, etc.

You have to do it at least once! It sure is a long haul down, but definitely worth it.

Pssht, it's not THAT long. I use to drive to Savannah, GA every winter and summer break for college. Especially if you have other people in a caravan it isn't that bad at all.
