I personally dont know how to roll fenders. I also don't need to roll mine as i still have the 16s

I know people have done this with great success in the past, but its up to everyone individually.

Still offering my house to meet at since I know people want a meet to just hang out etc. But like JJ said, its supposed to rain saturday so it might not be very fun

I'm out. After talkin to the guys at RT Tuning they suggested to get it done by a pro. RT Tuning will do it for you, but he said its done most of the time on pos or cars that are going into paint.
I agree. That's why I like the trimming method.

They say you should heat the holy $hit out of the paint to get it done right

The guy also said that you should remove the plastic fender trim that covers the outside rim of the wheel well, stating that this was the major cause of rust damage.

Mine is off!

With the weather supposed to be fantastic, I don't foresee it being too cold problem for heating. I'd just be scared of actually burning the paint and clear coat... We need someone's old beater before to test paint heat limits before we do this.....

heather.... bring your accord!! jkjk.

Rolling the rears is ridiculously easy to do. I did mine myself with the big blue fender roller and a heat gun. No cracks, no bubbling... came out perfect.

But what about the fronts???

That's where mine is rubbing... though I guess it could be the liner?

I saw Gino's car. It is a clean ass job. I would agree DIY Fender rolling can be done right if doing it carefully.

Hmmm, so I guess I need to figure out how to get the liner out of the way then.

is that even possible?

I know... 20 questions.

Of course, just rip that mother out

The rubbing your describing may only be the front air flaps that's under the bumper. You can go and start running your finger across the bottom of the flap and can feel if it's serrated/rough or smooth.

But you'll also wanna keep an eye on your fender lining. Don't let fender pwnage happen to you

Your fender is so done PUHAHAHAHAA
