Finding S02's
Has anyone here found a tire store in the area that sell's the OEM S02's for a decent price? Or is TireRack the only option anymore? I'm sticking with these on the rear until my front's are gone, then it's another brand......too much of a hassle!
Ron's Tires on Naamans road (route 92) in Delaware. I got two SO3's mounted and balanced for 170 a piece ... I imagine the SO2's would be comparable or less!.. its a hole in the wall establishment but the dude rocks when it comes to tires!

yea i purchased from Tire Rack and then went to HEndrick Honda here in Charlotte to get my two new fronts mounted and balanced. I say go to your dealership cause they dont charge that much and in this instance, Hendrick has 3 people in particular dedicated only to s2000's so you know your car will be taken care of.

Scott,
Those tires are not the OEM Honda tires. This was a point of discussion quite a while back on the boards. The tread designs are similar but the OEM tire actually has a more substantial contact patch. There is more rubber on the road in the same area.
There is also a difference on the compound. The OEM tire is a better grip in dry compound, i.e. softer.
The W speed rating is the give away for our tires. (89W)
I did a quick search on this but there are just too many threads , sorry.
