There is still a gas station on the way home on 202 (near the mercedes dealer) that has ultra 94 /95 octane. I've tried it twice with no difference, but of course you won't get much if any difference on a stock engine since they are tuned for premium. With something like the greddy emanage I could see gaining maybe even 10 hp or so with better gas since you can adjust the timing even farther without detonation.

Forgot to mention, I just use Wawa as it is the cheapest in the area, sometimes by as much as $0.15/gal

I'll get gas from whatever station is closest when I'm on empty. If there is a Sunoco, I'll hit that up for 91, otherwise I am stuck with 93.

my brother in law works at the sunoco office.
he said they did have 94 or 95 (?) but lowered it to 93. said they found there to be no difference in gains but it is cheaper for them to produce
Sunoco had 92 and 94, now they have 91 and 93

Wawa 93 for the car, jalapeno cheddar pretzel for the stomach. Wawa snacks FTW!

That use to be my fuels of choice, now I pay with debit card so I don't have to wait in line. Convenience and full tank FTW!

Amoco here. It has always been my understanding that Hess, wawa, sheetz and other similar gas co's are cheaper because they do not have the additive's the major's do. That is why they are cheaper. I will occasionaly run hess in mine. That is what i was told from a friend who owns an amoco/ bp now in Hbg.

Not sure I'd vouch for that TopTier gas site. I don't know anything about that, but I have gotten bad gas a few times from 2 different Chevrons when I was at school in GA.
