Default Getting tuned!

Okay guys, I have decide that I want to get my greddy EMU tuned shortly after I get my car back on the road and I was wondering if anyone had any good references? IMPO Sux, Sav is the worst tuner in history. R&T Tuning is close but I havent heard of any of their tuning work. And the legendary Giles is farrrr. Evans is wayyy too expensive. Philly dyno works dont exist no more. So are there any other options? Is R&T tuning good? And what kind of price range can I expect from them?

I was thinking about going to rt tuning to get my aem ems tuned but I am not sure. I have heard good and bad things about them I havent asked about price yet. As far as evans besides being pricey they wont tune a piggy back. Also we have injection connection in Horsham Dale Cherry is the tuner and he does some amazing work but I am not sure if he does piggy backs or if he even tunes imports.

RT doesn't tune EMU!!!! I asked them about a month ago when I was in for an alignment and corner balancing.

They do almost everything else though. I think Giles out in Virginia(?) is one of the more knowledged EMU tuners out there.

That or this other one that's local but I forget the name of it lol

edit: ^ as Suprmonky73 stated, it's PTuning, and i guess it's not local if it's in nova haha

Yeah they are going to tune my friends SS trail blazer but yeah i dont think they do imports lol.

Giles is from new hampshire isnt he? Id love to go to him he has brought big numbers out of stock cars lol

Evans dont do piggybacks? what a homo... lol jk the guy is really smart.

5 hrs at RT Tuning? Christ, **** them i actually heard some things like this b4 about them but i wasnt sure if it was just rumor so i didnt want to say anything. I wish IMPO wasnt such a shitty place they are so close. Dont get me wrong Sav is a pretty decent guy but he couldnt tune a civic if his life depended on it. I watched evan take sav's tune and add another 70whp lmao... oh on an ebay turbo kit

Ah well, wideband and gtech? hahahaha

Tuning a piggyback on a s2000 is hard. I have a aem fic which I personally think is a great unit. You can retard timing and adjust fuel which is cool but it was a pain in the ass to tune for a novice like me. I installed 550 cc injectors and got the car to drive like stock with the fic but under boost I couldnt get a consistent fuel map. I am doing much better tuning my aem ems the car is way faster than its ever been but I still dont trust my tuning abilities so I may bite the bullet and get it done 700 just seems pricey and thats what evans wants.

Are you talking about jesses ss?

As far as rt goes like I said I have heard both things if you take a look they do a ton of DA cars and they have some nasty cars so itd be interesting to hear what they do to the drift alliance cars. Theres gotta be a good tuner around.
