Hey Guedo,

I've been following the "Bike" forum in here and I heard you were in the market. Did you ever settle on a bike yet? I've got a Kawi zx-10r. If you need help or insight, let me know.

A word of warning, do not deal with Crossroad Powersports in Upper Darby. They don't honor the warranty on their bikes and once they sell you a bike, they quickly forget who you are when service or a problem arises.

Cheers,

M

I CANNOT imagine Frank on a ZX10r.

A 5'2" 90lbs newb on a liter bike.

I'm a 5'11, 150lb rider and I started with my 10 a year ago. It only goes as fast as you want it to.

Frank is a like 100 lbs soaking wet... A slight crosswind will put him in the bushes.

and I'm sure Frank knows that. I also think Frank is smart enough to know he (and most others) doesn't need a liter bike.

Good luck w/ your sale.

ZX10 is a bit much.

These aren't litre bikes from 10 years ago either.

Today's litre bikes are...

Ah, you guys are missing the point. I'm not looking to sell my 10. I've have waaaay too much fun on it, and I'm track prepping it. I'm just extending the limited knowledge I have to help him find the one he wants, that's all.

Cheers,

M

That's great. I misunderstood your post. I've already spoken to Frank regarding his first bike should he be in the position to purchase one.

He want to get his MC license first and that EG hatch and his condo and some wheels for his S, that MoonCraft hardtop ............ then maybe an SV650.

sv650 is a GREAT starter bike. That what I rode to learn to ride, and moved onto a zx-6r. ended up giving up the bike for more important things, coupled with fact I logged about 3000 miles on it in 1.5 years.
