okay the search function sucks on here, but maybe you guys can help. What header will allow me to keep the heat shield?

I don't think there is an aftermarket header on the market that will retain the OEM heat shield. I know the Mugen header has a heat shield, but why do you require a heat shield? I ran an Amuse header for several years with no heat shield and no issues.

Also, since you have an ap1, you can run an ap2 header and pick up some gains while still maintaining an OEM heat shield

PWJDM makes a carbon heat shield that can be an oem replacement for some headers.
