Default help I'm buying today

I am on my way to Sloan Honda tonight with all intentions of buying. For what it's worth do you think a can get the dealer to bite on less than msrp? it is the end of the year and getting cold.

A guy we know got a SoCal dealer to work with him by saying he didn't want the color they had in the showroom. They had a red, and he said he only wanted silver (he actually wanted red). Dunno if it will work for you ... but good luck!

I just spoke with the salesman and got $250.00 off msrp and $1500.00 for the hard top. I'm still working on a discounted price for the front spoiler and rear spoiler {I know its not functional but I want them anyway.} Wish me luck, I'm going in!!

You already got the upper hand...you are a serious buyer. It is up to which dealer will get your business that is the question? Don't give in.....remember once they know that you have the finance to back it up.....they won't let down. Try sitting down and say...ok this is the deal..where do I sign....then....walk out and say...I have a better deal elsewhere. They will freek out.

remember dealers outhere is the East Coast are selling it for MSRP or less....Don't give in.

Yep, it does sound like a good deal. I think the end of month thing still works with sales targets, etc. Do I remember that you wanted the Suzuka Blue? Let us know how things work out. We'll be glad to move you into the Owners Column

Within the last 30 min. I've gotten the front spoiler and $100.00 for the rear installed. I also am going for a discounted warranty. He may be a professional salesman, but what he doesn't know is I am a buyer. I have already walked out once and he called me on my cell as I was on my way home. I have the upper hand only because I have all the time in the world and he wants the sale by the end of the year. If the deal is no good I'll just walk. They always call back. Just a little history, it took about a month for me to get the deal I wanted on my A4. The dealership has 20 sales hours left to make the deal. I just hope they do.

Reese,
Looks like you have a pretty good deal on the table. It is end of year and you will get some relief, but I think that if you don't get your deal done by the end of month, they might become a little less"open".
Good Luck!!
