Excellent Charlie and I like the avatar.
Let me know if you race around the Quakertown area, I forget the name. There is a track about 10 miles from where I work and our office manager's grand-daughter races there every week.
Christian races @ www.bqmrc.org in New Castle De. on sundays. He races in the 120cc Jr Novice class with a blue restrictor plate there are about 15-18 kids in his class.
Its a blast last week was opening day they had 90 cars between all the classes at the track . He races warm ups and heats around 1 then mains begin around 4.
We just completed mandatory 5 weeks of novice school a grueling test of a 5 year olds ability to handle a car, obey flags and race control istructions(has a raceciever in his ears) line up for dbl file rolling starts etc, all in alll he put in 350 laps of instruction over the five weeks. These kids are amazing to watch go around the track at speeds aprroaching 30mph.
