Atlantic City,
Hours: 5pm-12am
Hey guys whats going on? I know that this show is 5 months away, but a few of us have been planning on entering. I know Delval is in, but Mid A, and Metro also are supposed to get a nice caravan to attend. Over all we should definately have enough cars to win best club. Regardless if s2ki shows as a team, myself and some friends will be entering no matter what. Im just trying to figure out how many of us are interested. Just copy the list and paste your name to it, then put wether you will enter or just attend. Thanks...

Frank, Your right. It's WAYYY to early for a feeler thread on the AC show. 3 month's is more the enough time
Actually, I was talking to a few Mid-A guy's at the Evo meet and we were thinking about starting a feeler thread for the Dulles (DC) show this month.
But we do have something to work out before the AC show. Mikey will not be the "Master Orginizer" this year. I have no problem doing it, but I could use an assistant. Basically, because i have no clue what to do
If someone can or wants to help out, let me know

I had discussed in other threads that if no one else expressed an interest in organizing it this year that I would. However, if your volunteering that's fine with me
Starting an interest thread for these show's is difficult. Do it too soon and the thread die's because on one can commit so early, do it too late and people have already made other plans. I like the three month plan. 3 months before-Interest, 2 months-Commitment,1 month before-PAY UP!
I have no idea if it works but.....

Being with a new
I am just not sure at this point I will be able to show at either event.
It would seem that the organizer should be someone who can actually attend the event!
I will commit to help in any way I can. A lot of detail
work is already in place + I have some great contacts at Vision (HIN).One of the first things that should be determined is what level of "modded" car will be accepted at the shows this year. This was a slight issue last year that we kinda glossed over....
Another stumbling block is accommodations and arranging off. It was difficult in Philly to get commitments from out of towners early enough to secure any type of hotel group rate.
These details need to be worked out long in advance of the shows.(and PAID for in advance with someone's money!) To compound that since none of us are local to Dulles. ....we will need some local help on hotels/site selection. I would think the AC show less people will need a hotel for and I am sure the group rate is too high for us in AC anyway
I am sure I will think of more..give me a minute
i'm like 15 - 20 minutes from dulles i can find out hotel info.....
as for the ac one... i go there a lot and stay at tropicana... they seem to be the cheepest... i think last time i stayed it was like $120 a night on the weekend... and the rooms were huge....
