I lost two wheels
...or gained two, depending on how you look at it.

Kawasaki Ninja 650R. Was also looking at the Suzuki Gladius, but my legs just weren't placed comfortably on it. Good power, really nice low end and midrange torque, seats upright and very easy to ride.

Gotta keep that S2000 feel: digital tach and speedo

Here's who I can thank for getting me into it, some of you may remember meeting my friend Rick (used to have a white Saturn Sky Redline). A few weeks ago he picked up an ER-6N, the naked version of the Ninja 650R.

Thanks guys. Rode it home in the rain the other day and just went down the road for a snack tonight. Will try to get a bit of a ride in tomorrow, but I have to clean up the car and get all the gear packed for two days of NJMP Thunderbolt this weekend.
