If you have an AP1
i try to stay away from KBB and look at the average price of the current market. The value of your car is only worth what someone is whiling to pay for it. So I'd determine a price based on what other similar cars are selling for, in a similar areas - not what KBB says.
When i purchased my beater, i got it way lower than what KBB said it was worth. And unfortunately, when i purchased my S, i got it for more than what KBB said it was worth. it was a high-demand summer for convertibles

agreed with snow lotus.
i think kbb is good for a somewhat ballpark figure but hes right in that determining the market value you will have a better idea as to the value
i also feel that some cars have more intangible features that don't really get worked in such as the aformentioned convertible feature. in the summer there will be more demand for a sweet sweet car such as this
and obviously in the winter the only people who want one will be people who are looking for a good deal on a car theyve researched well
