i may be intrested... i'm a REALTOR now and have investment properties... if i could get in on the mortgage side i would feel pretty well rounded and be able to help others better...

It is good money.. My friend works at ameriquest and banked like crazy. But after he started working there, I never saw him.
Anyways, its good money because you are ripping people off. Qualifying people who have below than average credit scores and telling people with excellent credit scores that they arent gonna qualify. But hey, if thats what you need to do to make money..

actually there are so many programs out there for people with bad/no credit that don't make enough money to normally buy a house..... plus sellers assits, grants, etc... i can still get interest rated in the low 5s.

Buddy, I don't work for ameriquest, and with the things I know about them, I never would. We don't rip people off. We help people out of very hard situations. When you have someone crying over the phone thanking you because you just saved their marriage, it's a great feeling. We don't do sub-prime. The average credit score that we deal with is over 700. Please don't assume things.
