Default I'm doing some sales recruiting

I'm looking for some people with sales experience (atleast 2 years) that want an opportunity to work for a great company. I work for a financial company (mortgage banking) and I'm looking for some hard working dedicated people that would be interested in a once in a lifetime opportunity. The income potential is like no place else and the people that I work with are like family. Let me know if you're interested. If you can have a resume available, it would be helpful.

nothing against you sinner but i tried a mortgage company once and they had " boiler room" and "glen gary glen ross" playing all the time on the screen. i liked the business of mortgages i just hated the company and it left a bad taste. A friend of mine is still there and he makes a nice chunk of change. It is good for him because he previously had little sales experience and no education ( he is definitely not smartest guy) but it is a job he excels at.

Whoever takes sinner up on an interview, i can say you can make money but you really have to follow up on leads and put some time in. but it will come if you keep at it.

I'm going to try to anser all your questions. First off, we have offices in Conshohocken and Columbia MD. We've been around for 10 years and are definitely not a chop shop. The mortgage industry is like Law. Some lawyers are horrible people, some aren't but the bad ones give the good ones a bad name. The reason I posted this on the board is that most of the people that I've talked to from here are good people. You have to be a genuinely good person to even be considered for hire. That's what this company prides itself on. It's more like a family than anything else. We have about 300 employees, we are not a publically traded company, so there are partnership opportunities available. You can make much more than 175k "right off the bat". You just have to want it. We have guys here that do 500k easy. We don't chase leads, it's all inbound prequalified people that your talking to, and we have our own marketing dept that takes care of that. I'm noty trying to sell you. I'm just trying to give someone an opportunity. I know we're looking for some people, so I figured I look here first.

And how much is your "finders fee"? And are you willing to split it with the "new hire"?
