Default The jfo Major Mod Day

With trich (doing a majority of the work), jfo's friend Chris (non S owner), jfo and myself a bunch of "mods" got done to jfo's car today.

Before we get to the pics, jfo removed his Comptech exhaust and installed a Titanium _______ Single exhaust with a test pipe and a mechanical O2 sensor mated to his previously installed Comptech Header. By the time I got there the Sparco steering wheel was already installed.

Passenger airbag removed.

A/C Compressor removed with a shortened accessory belt. (Poor pic)

Air Pump removed.

Brake duct intake.

Through the inner fender.

The legend himself with his newly modified front bumper.

MORE PICS!

That was my friend Erik helping out. The exhaust is a JIC Titanium single, cat removed and people at the track tell me it sounds fantastic. Like a mixture of a bike and a Group N racer. Then all they see is a streak of white.

Twist your head I can't rotate picture. Test pipe and single exhaust.

Brake project

vents from bumper(lights removed)

duct work

brake disc end

Thanks to TIM, FREQ, and ERIK for their help!

John

PS and charlie too, my shifts are faster now because of your shift knob.

is your O2 sensor hanging down below the exhaust? that will probably get knocked off the first time you go 4 wheeling.?

I am pretty sure mine is on the side instead of facing downward like yours.

Yep, I have a problem with that. I have to take the sensor off to load the car on the trailer. It sucks. I did find out that going off course didn't rip it off. I didn't try to test for that but lifted and spun the car off the track at VIR on the last turn, Hogs Pen. I figured it was ripped right off. To my surprise it was still intact. I will get that repositioned so it is not hanging down.
