any of the state parks around the area would have the same setup.
there's nockamixon which has been mentioned, fort washington, ridley creek, french creek, evansburg, etc. they all pretty much have the same rules as well.
as for pavillon area, they have grilles, but the pavillons are on a first come first serve basis if no one has a reservation. if someone has a reservation for that pavillion, then it is theirs, even if someone is already there.

Anyone have any idea about when we're looking at the Longwood gardens run?

Fantastic. There should be plenty of time to estimate the turnout and food needs. =)

Don't know if you saw my post in the other thread but definitely add Sam Gyup Sorl and Bulgogi to the list of food

It would probably be much easier to add Bulgogi rather than samgyubsal since the marinades are exactly the same, just a different cut of beef. However, I think adding additional meats would add more complexity and overall drive the costs of a meal up. I couldn't guarantee a bangin' sam gyub sal either... Perhaps if there is enough demand and someone that can prepare it...
I was thinking about the following for food:
sticky rice - staple of korean eating =)
kalbi
kimchee
kalbi side items (dwen jang & lettuce)
sodas
Optional items that I know how to make for debate...
veggie curry (for the vegetarian folk)
side dishes to make bibimbap, which is just a rice & veggies mixup. Think of veggie fried rice, but not fired and vegetables on steroids.
potsticklers - fried or steamed dumplings that are very yummy, but uber-labor intensive to make unless purchased pre-made.
I could also bring my deep fryer if we want some "safe" foods like fries and burgers, but rice & beef is pretty "safe" in my opinion. I have never seen any carnivorous non-asians ever reject kalbi or rice. hehe.
