We'll be running down St. Peters rd. to State rd past Bear Creek and then down Mountain rd. into Macungie and then back up the mountain so we'll get some of those great roads in this run. There are soooo many good back roads that we could spend all day driving around.
SWEET!!!! Everyone is going to love the roads back there. The new hope run is fun, but none of the roads where as twisted and inclined as these. We need to hit reservoir hill. It's as steep and twisted as the touge courses in japan They shut it down in the winter cause its so steep and dangerous!!

I have done the Allentown-Reading-Pottstown triangle a couple of times before and had a ton of fun. There were too many road name changes, so following a map was hard. I would wander around in circles and end up on great roads every time.

Here is a pic from my trip around that area over the summer (a look up Benfield Rd):

Tinkfist is right, EJO don't mind me. It's your run, take us where you want to go. Almost all the roads around this area are really fun!!

I have been working on two other runs through the Lehigh Valley that use different roads but any suggestions are more than welcome.

EJO, once you have it mapped i can help with the group since i know the area. I'll hang in the middle or the back incase we get split up. I know maps are hard in this area cause the roads change names out of no where.

Can anyone help me? NO not that kind of help. I was thinking of posting a link to this topic in the Mid-Atlantic and the NY Metro sections and haven't figured it out yet. Let me know how I can do this or post it yourself if you'd like. THANKS.

Oh wow, I definitely need to go on another run! As long as midterms don't kill me the week before, count me in for Sunday.
