As I've done for 12 years now, I'll be running a local charity event in Hamilton NJ in April. It's a dart tournament of sorts, with every dollar raised going to sponsor kids wishes through the hard work of Make A Wish NJ. This event has raised almost $300,000 in 12 years and we're hoping for another $50,000 this year. The money goes directly to funding of wishes for kids in Mercer County. Through efforts like Darts for Dreams and others, MAWNJ has NEVER turned a wish away due to lack of funding since they started in 1983.

So, as I also always do, I let the S2KI community know. Many of you have helped in the past, with donations or by buying some raffle tickets. I'm hoping for the same this year (and had a great start at the Mid-Wintering Gathering at Ken's today).

This year, we have the normal TV/iPad/Playstation raffle and in addition have three other great raffle prizes that someone will win that night. You don't need to be there to win!
A Carson Wentz autographed football, a Steve Carlton autographed jersey, and a 1986 NY Giants autographed jersey with about 25 signatures (including HoFers Harry Carson and Lawrence Taylor, plus other key NY Giants Phil Simms, Carl Banks, Mark Bavaro and others. Tickets are $5 each. 1 ticket is good for the TV/iPad/PS4 combined, or one of the autographed items.

So, if anyone is interested in helping in any way, the easiest way (outside of handing me cash) is to use the online donation page. Then, send me an IM to let me know what to put your name on and how many. Little side note, you'll get a donation receipt from MAWNJ. If you're company matches donations, you might as well submit that as well.
