Default Need Detailing Advice

I am looking to do a paint correction and cquartz application on my 2012 S4. Paint is in pretty good shape but the car is black so swirls and imperfections are impossible to prevent. Just wondering if any of you had detailing experience and could share your knowledge. Also got a quote for $1250 for the paint correction and cquartz app (ceramic coat) and am wondering if this is a fair price. Thanks for the help!

This isn't true, but it does take some work and dedication.

For a comparison quote you could call OCD, Obsessive Car Detailing. His name is Joe @ (610) 217-2856.

Is your $1250 quote from DD?

Thanks for the response! It is my daily so it will be out in all kinds of weather and will be tough to stay on top of. The quote is from Oakes Detail in West Chester. I have seen their work and it looks impressive. I will give OCD a call. Thanks again.

Yeah, not sure if nice work, or vision blurred by nice mediums.

My father in law just had his Panamera Turbo ceramic coated at Berardis Detailing in West Chester. I believe the price was similar to what you were quoted. They did a pretty good job. They also did wheel repair and resprayed part of a rocker panel that had been scraped and all looked good.

Phil at Detailer's Domain does excellent work and your price would probably be close to his. Oakes looks like they do great work as well. I've gotten ceramic coating on my white VW and my black 328, it's definitely worth it

Thanks for the help guys! I think I am going to go through with it. It will be nice knowing that the paint is protected and will not need any maintenance over the next 3-5 years.
