Where does Penn State, University park fall in terms of S2ki

is it Del-Val or Allegehney

Penn State is in PA so I would consider it Del-Val.

If you're talking the main campus I'd guess you'd be closer to anything going on in Allegheny than in DV. Still probably a few hours for anything in either though.
