Erik, what is the expected downtime during the switchover? Will you be warning us in advance of each specific one, or is it a general, the site will have outage from time to time?

It's really hard to say down to the minute or even hour. I'm working on the servers all week. If I take the site offline on purpose it will generally be at night (for me) from 10PM to 3AM Pacific Time (GMT-8). There is no slack in the schedule so any delays or problems are going to set and schedule I give you off by from a few minutes to a few hours. On top of that I'm configuring new servers so they aren't always 100% and are crashing more than I'd like. That's going to cause unexpected downtime as well.

It's a bit of a rush job to get these things up and running so the best I can really offer is that you can expect the site to be off and on all week. IOW don't be surprised if it's not working at any given point in time, just try again a bit later.
