Had this same exact scam sent to me when I posted my car on autotrader. It's a bot originally that will then be followed up by a real person. I conversed with this person for a week or two and tried to have him send a check, but instead they will push you with some crap like the buyer needs the car this week and they will pay shipping because they are moving to blah blah blah. So basically they would have you send the car and not pay you until after.

So yeah... It's a scam.
