Default thanks --

Happy Easter / Passover to all. I just wanted to post to thank the guys who took a ride with me in the New Hope area. We had a blast tearing up the back roads and even a few cloverleafs {once or twice}.
Hey Paul(ie),

Are you going to post your pseudo 911 kill story. ha-ha.

Take care all,

- Reese -

Yes, myself, my brother, and my buddy paul all had a great time. Paul(ie), we appreciate you coming all the way up from DE to drive with us. Like I said, always feel free to contact me if you're going to make the drive again, especially in preparation for the New Hope meet, I'll be glad to help in any way. Now what's this about a 911 Porche kill?

Well I'm not sure it was a "KILL" exactly but it sure felt good. Reese and I went back to Lambertville Station after our drive to have a few and we left about 6pm I guess. I drove back down Main street to Taylorsvile and back on 95 south. Coming up behind me was a 911 convertible so I decided to pull over into the right and let him go by. He then drove past me and pulled into the right lane in front of me. I decided to have a little fun at that point. We both were going about 75 I guess so I pulled up next to him and punched it. This was at the Newtown exit on 95. I got up to about 132 or so until I hit Route 1 in Langhorne and had to slow down because of the traffic. He ended up about 5-6 car lengths back before I slowed down and he was quite impressed to say the least. The guy drove up next to me and gave me two thumbs up. He seemed a little too excited but I guess I surprised the hell out of him. Seemed nice enough. I gave him a wave and a thumbs up also and he went on his way. At that point I decided to call Reese and share. So like I said not a real "KILL" but tons of fun nonetheless.

As far as near future get togethers in New Hope, a definite YES. Maybe next weekend so we can get a little more details down as far as our route. I'll PM you and Reese this week.

That's a nice stretch of highway. I once maxed out my Taurus SHO at 140 there.

I've got a sleeper stretch which will let you run a one on one and get some good speed... was thinking of trying to top my Type-S out on it... Not sure of the full length, but I've hit 128 on it easily....

I'll share it with the guys at the meet tomorrow...
