Default top torn!

Went out to take A short trip to WaWa today, put the top down- and it stopped 3/4 of the way down........ Thinking the glass didnt fold right I put the top back up almost to closed, then put it down again, and it went down the way it should. Made my trip, came home and went to put the top up, when I looked up to Latch the latches there was an L shaped (1in.X1in.) hole in the top right behind the drivers side latch!!!!!!!............... Anyone ever here of this????, going to the dealer tommorrow and have a feeling they will assume no responceability

Damn, that really does suck. I have about a 3" tear in my top because the previous owners wife "accidentally" slipped with a knife in her hand. There is some sort of patch up job on it right now, and its holding up great! Until I can save the money for a top with the glass, its staying.

Hmm... this should be covered under warantee as it is definitely not regular wear&tear (no pun intended). More importantly they/you need to figure out what caused the malfunction in the first place so it won't happen again.

that really sucks...i thought i did that when i tried to put the top down with the secret compartment lid open....sigh i caught it in time so it didn't damage anything but that woulda been a true moron move....

definitely figure out what caused it...or you can just make the honda dealership do it..after 3-4 new tops and a 10k bill they'll figure it out muahahaha
