Yea my insurance company today said I could go anywhere I wanted to. I'll be talking to the claims adjuster tomorrow morning...

Right now the S is at the tower's lot, so the insurance company will have to pick it up and take it somewhere tomorrow. Where's Beacon located?

And thanks for the help guys

Thanks Frank...I'm gonna ask the adjuster today if I can get it towed there. I won't be able to stop by there until Wednesday after work though, I have to work tonight and tomorrow night at my other job.

I'll probably get flamed for this, but since I can have the S fixed anywhere, should I even consider taking it to a dealership?

.......you were on s-02's as well from what I remember? I remember you saying you needed new tires soon...what tires did you go with? ....
I
Yes, I was on OEM S-02's at the time of my hydroplane fun. About 12,500 miles and too far gone......my own fault

My 4 new tires are the Bridgestone RE960AS Pole Position. If you don't drive at 9/10's and need the extra grip of the S-02/03, Jim at Tire Rack recommended them. In a few weeks of driving, I'm happy with the grip and handling. Supposed to get 18-25,000 miles from the rears.....rather than 10-12 With the all-season driving in mind (handles 'light' snow), Jim recommended the OEM sizes.....NOT going to 245 in the rears. Cost for 4 from TireRack was about $502, incl shipping from Newark DE.

Sorry to hear about your car. Glad to know you are ok, and noone was hurt. I know what its like to get in an accident in the rain. Hope the S comes back to you like nothing ever happened. Good luck and glad you're safe

I don't suppose the front lip is any good? If it is and you get an afetrmarket bumper, can I get it?

p.s. keep us updated on your S
