Apocalypto
Saw it today. It is Mel Gibson's best film to date! It was done very well. No wasted time or lull on any part of the story. Sniff, sniff, I think I smell an Oscar for this flick.

I'm not surprise at all that it's good, after all, it's a Gibson movie.....
Zangerzone, other than seeing it early, is there any reason why i shouldn't just wait for this on dvd? Will there be much to lose watching it on a smaller screen?

Probably not, but then again, it is a Gibson flick! Other than that, nothing replaces the big screen unless you already have a media room at home.

i thought it was pretty good, but not great. some ridiculous scenes, but overall good story and great pace. i'd recommend the big screen...there are some cool scenes!

Apocalypto was an alright flick. did not expect the swarms of as$ that ran around.
the plot was really cheesy
man fights for women>man captured>man runs>man gets smashing turtles and his wife running tiger paw>???? then what!
