Saw it this weekend, not my first choice. It tries to copy Bad Santa with Cameron Diaz and a dope smoking malcontent junior high teacher trying to come up with $9k for breast implants.

It has several funny moments and some lines that miss. I really liked Bad Santa, but Bad Teacher is not nearly as good. It would make a good rental some day when you are board.

Watchable and kinda funny, not greatness. Segel from "How I met Your Mother" and "Forgetting Sarah Marshall" is the best comedy talent in the whole movie but is in a small supporting role.

 

Thought it was funnier than the reviews said, both the gf and i enjoyed it

 

have to agree with the op- did laugh out loud a coupla times but overall i was surprised that c.d. took that role...
imo its an "at home rental" at best-

 

If its like Bad Santa, the unrated version will be the one to watch.
