i really liked this movie. it was very kewl and sad.
Kid trying to keep parent together. But oh damn, by 19 he had done enuff things that most people won't be able to do in 2 or 3 lifetimes... very very worth it.

getting the DVD once it comes out....

I ended up seeing it twice, two days in a row. Not altogether by choice because all the other movies were either cheesy, had already started or were sold out and my buddy hadn't seen it so what the hey.

Nonetheless, very cool the second time around too. I noticed more details that I didn't catch the first time around.

Christopher Walken...the man is truly unique. He cracks me up every time I see him.

You are right! He is GREAT! Have you seen DEAD ZONE? If not you should rent it he is really good in that one too,and it also has Martin Sheen in it. I think they are Buds. I was thikin about askin (S2000DRIVER) if I sent him a copy of it if he could get it signed by Chris. He said in the "Famous People You Have Met" Thread that he is his neighbor! How Cool is That!!!!!

i saw the movie only because walken was in it. i have never seen him turn in anything less than an excellent performance even when given cheezy material. i just received all three prophesy movies on dvd from amazon today.

oh yeah, leonardo and tom were great too and i concur (hehe) that the movie was a blast.

If Christopher Walken is a favorite, then Suicide Kings is a must see! Great movie.

Now there's two movies I haven't seen, Dead Zone and Suicide Kings. Will definitely rent 'em. Loved him in Pulp Fiction, Joe Dirt (ya ya, I was bored but he MADE the movie worth it), and some of his classic stuff on SNL, "The Continental".

If you've never seen this from the Onion, it's hilarious.

"The Continental" is hilarious. One of the all-time classics on SNL was Walken as Bruce Dickerson "Behind the Music with Blue Oyster Cult"

Here's the link to a mpeg download. \"Gotta have more cowbell, baby\"

Takes forever to download but worth it if you're a fan of the show and Walken!

There's also this link: Weapon of Choice

I'm obviously a big fan!
