Default Daybreakers

Saw it tonight with some friends, then went out to dinner and drinks to discuss further.

The SHORT version is that it's awful.
Although only 98 minutes, it feels longer than all three Lord of the Rings movies put together because it just goes on and on and never ends.

The gore is out of control but the anything even interesting is easily overshadowed by the terrible score and editing.

Skip it. Seriously, this is garbage.

Yeah, looked kind of interesting but is getting lots of bad reviews. Thanks.

Saw it last night. And I thought it was pretty good. Only complaint I have was I was the story was a bit slow mid-way through, I think there needed to be more action/carnage. But There was definitely plenty at the end. 7/10

Saw it yesterday - I thought it was quite entertaining. Well, except for one scene that was too melodramatic; the movie is over the top and deliberately so - usually it works, but not 100%. I went in with some trepidation but ultimately had a positive reaction to the movie.

I liked it. No masterpiece and it could have been even better, but they handled the inverted human/vampire civilization pretty well. I'd rate it 6 or 7 out of 10 myself.

I had it as a 6/10 until the "message" started to overwhelm the story.
And then the horrible dialogue, etc (and the fact that it should have ended 10 minutes sooner) knocked it down for me.
