Just saw The Equalizer staring Denzel Washington.

Quick review. If you like action based on a revenge theme, its pretty kick ass. Denzel plays the guy who makes things right. A bunch of other actors get killed- lots- in all sorts of unique ways. Denzel is just too invincible and knows too much, all the time. I love revenge movies, but this one is just ok. Denzel's Man on Fire was better executed.

I give it a 6/10. Decent Saturday night entertainment to put your brain on pause and not expect much in return.

I liked it a lot, Denzel really made it. For that kind of movie id probably give it a 7 or 8 out of 10.

 

Since I watched that movie, I can't stop timing myself in everything I do...like shopping at Costco.

 

I enjoyed it. The underlying themes of the entire film made it engrossing. Dan Bilzerian makes an unexpected cameo. I am looking forward to the confirmed sequel.

 

I'd say a 7. It was solid, if not predictable entertainment. You know what is going to happen, it is nothing new, but it is well put together with decent acting and script.

 

Agree good entertainment...7/8 out of 10.
