Forrest Gump when he was recounting where he had been to Jenny when she was sick and she said "I wish I could have been there with you" and he pauses and then said "you were". and when he asks her if his son was smart or was he..... and she said he's the smartest kid in his class and the look on Hanks' face during that scene was incredible.
That part does not get me but the scene at the end where he is talking to Jenny's grave does.

I agree with many of the above listed films. However, the one that really got me was "Old Yeller". When I saw that movie as a kid, I balled for a week. To this day, I can't bring myself to ever watch it again.

My earliest memory of absolute hysterical emotion in a movie was the remake of King Kong (circa 1976)

I was 4 and I remember vividly standing up in my chair and screaming over and over "they didn't have to kill him" My mother had to remove me from the theater I was so pissed off and screaming.

Spoiler Alert: the monkey dies

Don't know if this counts, but the interviews at the end of "Band of Brothers" I can't hold it in during those.

I totally agree with Rudy and Saving Private Ryan.

The Green Mile chokes me up a bit too. Mainly at the very end when they show Mr. Jingles.

1. Saving Private Ryan
2. Forrest Gump
3. Lucas (I know it's a cheesy movie)
4. Rudy
5. Big Fish (I saw this in the movies and I tried to hold back the tears in front of my friends)
6. We Were Soldiers

I'm sure there are more to my list, but I can't recall any of them at the moment.

Edit:

Titanic is another one.
