Predators
Didn't like it. The trailers we're deceiving making you think there was more than two or three predators. The cast was ridiculous and boring at the same time. Laurence Fishburne's character was crap. And having that 70's show guy there was annoying as well. The main character was a douche to beat it off.
Yeah, I said it. Mabey I should have said moron instead of douche though. He was playing the lone warrior thing past its limit. At the end if he had just stayed and helped the girl then the predator wouldn't have blown up the ship via his wrist and they could have dipped off the planet. Instead he decides to jump on the ship and put it on autopilot (how?) and then comeback and save the day...initially leaving them alive BUT, stuck on an alien planet with hundreds of creatures that could kill them without an issue. The ending was just...bleh. At least the predators weren't Keanu Reeves this time. I think though if you're going to make a movie just called PREDATORS...plural..then there should be more than three. Completely disappointing.

The captured Predator programed the ship to Earth via auto-pilot for Brody after Brody released him. Brody didn't stay on the ship b/c he felt bad about leaving the girl. If Brody had initially stayed with the group they would've all been killed either by that roid Predator or by the wack-job guy who didn't want to leave the planet.
Yeah, but the bad predator that had the other one captured was the one that destroyed the ship via his arm thing. If the guy had stayed and saved the day the bad predator wouldn't have been alive to blow it up and thus they could have escaped the planet. As far as that 70's show guy, they could have dealt with him later. Killing the huge predator trying to kill them and getting off the planet alive was their biggest threat at that last moment in the movie, not Topher Grace. Brody basically just said "see ya, too bad" when the other two fell in the pit or whatever and then he felt bad and came back. While he was gone he would have had to start the ship up because that's where he was headed and it wasn't just going to move on it's own. Yes, I watched the movie.
4 predators wasn't enough? How can there be suspense in a Predator movie if you've seen the 1st one?
I finally watched this over the weekend.
It is a Predator movie, it is never going to be some block buster, all star cast, etc. movie. I don't get the expectations outside of staying consistent with the level of special effects & what the Predators actually do.
