Stardust
Stardust Trailer
My wife an I caught this last night. It actually turned out to be an entertaining movie, if you like movies with magic and things like the Harry Potter movies. It had also some funny parts to it. I would recommend it as a good date movie.

It was alright. I heard it was compared to Princess Bride a lot but does not live up to that standard. I think the director screwed up a lot. Most of the laugh lines fell flat because I don't think he knows how to direct comedy. I think Deniro mailed it in but yes Pfieffer was hot for an old lady.
The reviews said it was great, I thought it was fairly entertaining. Wife liked it more.

I just watched this last night with my wife and college-age daughter. We all thought it was absolutely marvelous.
It was very much along the line of "Princess Bride," but a bit more complex. Lots of very fun subtleties, both in the dialog and the visuals, and very, very good acting all around.

Just goes to show: Different strokes for different folks. This is now one of my all-time favorite movies, which I'll watch many times.
OTOH, I absolutely hated "Knocked Up," which lots of people raved about.
