Saw it Friday night and it was friggin awesome! It definitely lived up to the hype and Brandon Routh was impressive as Clark Kent/Superman.

From people that I have spoken to they have either said that the movie was awesome or it sucked so I guess I'll just wait for it to come out on DVD. Since i'm not the biggest superman fan and have only seen bits and pieces of the older films I would probably be dissappointed.

IMO the movie was awesome, but I think they should have picked a different story line as far as who he fighting against. I mean, it's good they kept Lex as the villain, but they should have made it that Superman fights like some other Super-Villian or some crazy robot or something.

Other than that though, the movie was amazing. Great graphics, great choice for Lois Lane (Kate Bosworth), and seemed like a consistent story from the comics. I never really read his comics, so I'm not a 100% certain on that one.

I just saw it on Saturday on the IMAX in limited 3D and it rocked, well as least the action scenes did. I though there were way too many holes in the storyline, but oh well.

it was good for a chick flick, not good if you're looking for an action movie

it was... ok... the storyline was alright, but some parts were a lil.. iono, sketchy. i wanted to see him fight a big ass robot or sumthin, but oh well. also kinda ruined it cuz some of my friends (girls) were crying, and the guy behind me kept farting in his chair.
