Default The A-team

Just took the boys to see this. My 14-year old son thought it was the greatest movie ever. That about sums it up.

Actually, I did used to be a regular watcher (Tuesdays at 9pm on NBC, right?). And I will still catch some reruns on Retro TV. The movie isn't that bad, parts of it are actually pretty funny, similar to the orginal series. It falls far short of movies like Iron Man 2 and Dark Knight, at least imho, but I guess that wasn't the intent.

I saw it this past weekend and thought it was pretty damn good. They tried to cram a lot of story between the action and the plot worked well. It tells the story prior to and up to their escape, so it's kinda like a prequel to the show..... but it's set in present time so........

I went in with no expectations, really thinking I might be let down..... and I wasn't. It was cool, funny and plenty of action, and at all the right moments.

It's basically a fun summer guy movie.
