BTW, Natalie Portman has some serious acting chops. Her emotional range in this movie is impressive. The interrogation/imprisonment scenes were simply brilliant. A serious contender for best actress/supporting actress 2006 IMO.
I agree. Sort of makes you wonder how bad of a director George Lucas has to be to make her act like a stick of wood in his movies.

Alan Moore should be proud.
Actually, He was not. He had his name removed from the film. Also supposedly said no more movies based on his works.

Notice I said "should."

Moore has NEVER endorsed any films derived from his written works. But if there WAS going to be one, it should be this one.

great movie.
its weird that my parents live in the same situation as the citizen of london did in the movie. early 80's in the philippines under a dictatorship and cerfews, every citizen of the philippines revolted and marched to the capital and over threw the president. the revolution started because one senator (ninoy aquino) came back from exile to help overthrow the govt. and he was assassinated on the airport. just like the kid that got killed with the v mask then everybody stood up and fought back

I kinda agree with you about it seeming a little small. I wish they had gone a little more into more detail about what was going on globally, but I still loved it.

[QUOTE=ElTianti,Mar 22 2006, 12:53 PM] full of the typical, shopworn, leftist straw men. Pedophile priests, homophobic conservatives; wow, that

i still can't blv she actually shaved her head for that 10 second shot ...

agree w/ above (except for the small stage issue)... too long... quite dull... not enough character development for "V" himself...

I hate when they change movies because of terrorists.
