im thinking they will probably do a ton of spinoffs to keep fans pleased and to rake in easy box office dough. i can see them doing a wolverine movie for sure although his story has been told over and over again. i would like them to do a film based on a villian.

I'm sure that if they went into detailed movies about specific characters, it would hit. I'm sure there's loads of people out there that have no idea of the comic stories, went to go watch the movie, and got interested to see how they came about. That would be pretty cool.

I cannot wait for this, little dissapointed how they did Juggernaut, but still looks badass.
I totally agree with you...

This is what the Juggernaut should look like..

He should not look like this...

Here is his size comparison to Wolverine.. This is how big he should be in the movie..

Comparing Jug's to wolverine size isn't really fair...wolverine is supposed to be like 5 feet tall...Hugh Jackman has to be at least 6 ft. Plus, the only way they could make juggernaut the size he really should be is to make him CG or use crazy lord of the rings effects...I think they pulled it off to make him look "realistic".

I thought I read somewhere that Vinnie Jones signed on for at least 2 more movies. It will be the last movie of the trilogy, but not the last x-men movie (or spinoff).

Agreed. If Jaggernaut was to scale, he'd be pure CG like the Hulk.

Personally, I'm a longtime X-men fan and I couldn't ask for better movie adaptations. Brian Singer and the screenplay juggled a delicate balance of storyline with good moviemaking. The 3rd trailer is incredible, and I hope it's half as good as the first two.

Virtually all comic-based movies have sucked... really bad too. Daredevil, Hulk, Punisher, Spiderman 1, Batman (Tim Burton, etc), Catwoman, etc.

The short list of decent or even good ones: Blade (all three), X-Men (both), Batman Returns, and Spiderman 2.

X-Men has way too much history to cover in 10 movies, much less three. Story continuity hasn't been maintained, but the end result is still very pleasing. Hugh Jackman, Patrick Stewart, and Ian McClelland have been perfect. Wolverine in particular is flawless, except for Jackman's height, which they minimized in the cinematography.

I hope they make good spinoffs. If they aren't up to Brian Singer's work, I'd rather Marvel leave well enough alone and end it as a trilogy.

I never cared too much for Gambit, but I think Cyclops brother Havok deserves some screen time.

I think they should have made him Lord of the Ring type. At least it would be more accurate. I hoped for Galactus and Juggernaut on the same evil team, but then the bad guys would be superior and Hollywood cant have that.
