I know it's GOOD EATS Denny... Just getting off the road early (saving energy) and saving the calories for the next few meals...

(hoping my issues will be cured by then... I'm pretty much non-functioning right now... )

All my issues maybe be solved when the rivers run backward, North is South and gasoline is $0.99 a gallon.

I hope it all works out.

I had no idea that Chicken Pox that I had as a kid could turn out to be a SOB in later life.

My encounter with the problem about 7 years ago was in the most sensitive place a male of the species can have. Believe me, I understand.

Hope to see you and Faith at Fontana.

Are we talking shingles? Because that must have been a down there! I had them across my back & chest last winter, and it SUCKS!!! even the good pain meds didn't take care of it for several days

I had them about 12 years ago and all I got was some Tylenol 3 type crap... no anti-viral as I recall... chest. arms. neck...then...

Now it is my head, ear, jaw, neck but no rash... I had the pains before the last ridge run, but I thought it would go away (ear infection at worse) ... not so... no infection... not good... I did a course of steroids, no change... Getting sick about 2:00AM Thursday, Passed out, smashed my face on toilet lost front tooth and chipped the other (next project)... The Doctor started talking about checking for unexplained mass in head (something like that, a smooth way of saying brain tumor) got 3 different cat scans (mortgage the house)... no tumors... thank God!!!

The way I still feel, I would have believed the tumor route (my hair even hurts)... puts important parts of life into perspective real fast...

and shingle ain't so bad...

Got some anti-viral and some nerve type pain meds, but still in pain... This is the 1st 24 hours with meds, so at least I'm getting some

sleep...

Thanks to all of you for your thoughts and prayers... Having Good Family and Dear Friends pulling for you means everything when your on the dark and lonely road waiting for potentially life changing news.

What a great group of people and I'm proud to have you as our extended family and friends.

Jeff
